When I was first introduced to CVC, they immediately became my favorite of all the Houston catering vendors I had sampled. Everything went well up until my wedding day. My guests and I were served the wrong dish. The service was great but I am very disappointed in the way they handled the situation, first insisting they did not serve the wrong dish (even though I showed proof via pictures and my contract). The lady who presided over my tastings and oversaw my contract and booking would not speak up and confirm the mistake, instead she passed the situation along to someone who I presume is upper management/a relative and was never in contact with me during my booking process or tastings so he didn t know anything. THEN they stated they would be happy to make the dish for me for pickup. Well, my wedding is over. What would I do with a dish for 225 people? I would have loved to have gotten what I paid for AT my wedding. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I hope no one else has to go through this!
