Very very poor service from the front desk. Unhelpful and unfriendly. Was completely willing and ready to adopt a stellar Chihuahua/Pug pup but the hoops I have to jump through are ridiculous. You request a letter from my landlord but will only permit a 24 hour hold to be placed (for $10). Goodluck getting my landlord to call anyone back within 24 hours, let alone write a letter. 2 Stars because they no longer euthanize. Front desk service, 0 stars.
