I was looking for Refinancing options and I was lead to Poli Mortgage from my 2 neighbors who also went with them 2 years ago. I am amazed at how smoothly the overall process of refinancing went. Jesse, my Loan originator is exceptional. In our first conversation over the phone, we were able to do great deal of activities and he is so knowledgeable that he answered every question of mine. Then, Bill (William) took the process further as Loan Processor and was equally exceptional and provided great service till the end (closing). Both Jesse and Bill were awesome in responding to my questions over emails even if it was early in the morning or later at night. I never felt alone in this process and I also never expected Poli to be this good. I am simply BLOWN AWAY from their service. Thank you Jesse, Bill and the whole team at Poli.
