Took a visitor from O/S so disappointed in the Zoo...

Took a visitor from O/S so disappointed in the Zoo ..where are the animals..only saw 1 of every animal from a distance .thats if you can see them.whether it be through murky water and peep holes what is that?
No consideration for elderly people..need more access eg.escalotors,lifts and the struggle for carers battling up hills with wheelchairs..yes the conservation behind the scenes is brilliant.however with all the renovations it would be nice.
I dont often leave reviews but the overall experience left bad taste in my mouth.
The best part of the Zoo was leaving.
