Not everywhere Steigenberger is on it is also Steigenberger in it. Staff is unmotivated and haphazard. The food always tastes the same. The food areas are a disaster, as I prefer to eat at McDonalds. You are automatically considered Russian and also addressed in Russian. If you do not change your coins to paper money on the first day, you will be ignored for the rest of your holiday. The beach is just shameful for a 5 star hotel. The Al Dau next door also has 5 stars, but everything fits. Only the rooms were nice and there was really nothing to criticize. So who loves a lot of children's fun, Russians, bad food, bad service and a terrible beach with a lot of russian music and animation, that is exactly right. We definitely only book real 5 stars next door in the Al Dau.
