Whenever I call to update my account information or to address billing discrepancies, the E-470 customer service people are always very polite, friendly, and most of all knowledgeable. I have always been able to get my problems fixed on the first phone call.
Although I'm not a fan of Toll Roads, the E-470 organization does a very good job of maintaining the road and collecting the tolls.
