Service Dept is most unorganized mess I ve seen. After making an 8:45am appointment by phone, and clearly being told vehicle would be looked that day, I arrived and was told it could not be looked at for at least two days. Service advisor said they couldn t honor an the appointment because the girls up front make the appointments and they don t know what s going on. I left.
