Review of Trump Marina Hotel & Casino

This is probably one of my favorite hotels to stay...

This is probably one of my favorite hotels to stay in but unfortunately this time Around i made a reservation and I had the worst experience ever. Systems were down, no was around to help and I was there for early check in and waited in the lobby for over 4 hours. I kept approaching the receptionist at the front desk name Malysia who was rude and when I requested to speak to a supervisor she handled the matter very unprofessional and told her co-worker can she get this guy a supervisor . The hospitality by the receptionist was very unprofessional but luckily the supervisor Craig handled the matter professionally, was able to assist me immediately and accommodate me. Employees like Malysia shouldn t be working in hospitality if their clients aren t treated appropriately and with respect. I stayed in room 1804 on September 16, 2018.
