I was helped by a woman named Carina. I had a questions about my unemployment claim. She was the single most unprofessional person I may have ever encountered. Very rude and condesending. Did not want to help me get the information Inneeded, was snappy and had no patience or customer service. When your job is talking with the genersl public then you should have proper communication and customer service skills. NOT be snyde, rude, snappy, and obviously annoyed. I asked several times to be transferred to somone else, she hung up on me. She should be fired or trained on how to talk with people.
