Sometimes the simplest things mean the most and all employees I came in contact with provided Excellent Hospitality.
Check in professional and extremely courteous. Great room, Housekeeper room 1408 AMAZING!
Host Yomaira and Desiree we re Jewels, they displayed excellence in every single act. The Passion and Genuine Interests in people, AMAZING !
The Now Entertainment Team, they were outstanding they demonstrated what team work could be Motivating and Fun!

I asked Sergio for assistance obtaining the cap. Sergio not only
Accomplished my request but I greatly appreciated Sergio taking his personal time outside of the resort to assist me .
