Incompetent must be a compliment as they continue to persevere. 3 times I called and 3 times I waited almost 20 minutes waiting for NOTHING; if it says "call center until 17.00" then it must be up to that time, alternatively make an effort for a moment and put some notice to tell us that you are not there.
