I purchased my wedding gown here in December of 20...

I purchased my wedding gown here in December of 2019 for my June 2020 wedding.

A few days after I put the deposit down I received a text asking me to review the service I had received. Naturally, I wanted to wait until my dress was ready to go with alterations until I left a review. I'm very glad I waited to write this review as the service at The Bridal Gallery was good up until my dress had arrived. I was notified that due to Covid19 they were unable to alter my dress for me. They basically told me either I should postpone my wedding or pick my dress up curb-side, all while asking for the rest of my dress payment. They told me there was a possibility that if it were safe enough they MIGHT be able to alter my dress before my wedding - but no guarantees that it would be ready in time...Not exactly what I wanted to hear considering my wedding was 1 month away. I'm well aware that we all need to take precautions with Covid19, however, it would have been VERY easy for myself and the seamstress to put on masks. Fitting appointments for measurements do not take very long. I frantically reached out to about 3 other alteration places, ALL of which said they were able to alter my dress quickly even though I had bought my dress elsewhere. The funniest part is that I ended up going to a different bridal boutique who fit me in and altered my dress with no problem. We both wore masks and there was a 2 person limit in the boutique. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. I only wish I had purchased my dress there to begin with.

I know I'll only need one wedding dress, but I will never recommend The Bridal Gallery to any friends or family. When you spend the kind of money you spend on a fancy gown, you expect incredible service and hospitality from start to FINISH. I felt that all they cared about was getting full payment of my dress and that they could care less about my alterations. They could have atleast sent me some names of places that could help me alter. Nope - please pay for the rest of your dress and pick up curb side.
