Like others have said this company relies on people with low credit scores to use them so they can charge higher than normal interest rates and offer rate reduction of 0.5% every 6 months but only down to 14%. I made major strides to improve my credit and thought they would refinance my loan to a reasonable interest rate but I was told they do not offer any type of refinancing at all, only rate reduction . Disappointed after paying all that I ve paid but was able to refinance my loan through a credit union instead. Don t use this company!
