Booked a cruise on Costa Cruises for our 20th anni...

Booked a cruise on Costa Cruises for our 20th anniversary. Due to COVID we cancelled on March 2nd...the cruise line charged a 25% penalty of 599.00 which I am trying to dispute because the cruise was ultimately cancelled; however is is now July 4th and i have NOT received my original refund of over 1900 and they have not helped me at all..they just told me to call Costa directly...I feel they should help me get ALL of my money back since I paid it to them...They just keep eithet telking me to keep waiting or they ignore me
