We worked with both Kim and Kelly during the year and a half we lived in a beautiful Fisher's Landing home managed by Invest West. They were always professional, upbeat and reasonable. There were a few times that we had disagreements over specific fees, and in each case they communicated clearly (and listened!) and we came to a fair agreement and understanding. They truly cared about our family's experience in the home and were very responsive to any needs for repair or maintenance. Thank you Kim and Kelly and Invest West!
