Pleasant location with a clean room and helpful staff. No problems checking in early and the staff was easily able to accommodate for the fact that other hotel guests would be arriving at a later time. Ample parking at the hotel and the location is fairly close to a number of restaurants and venues. Housekeeping was prompt and basically everything you would expect from a 4-star hotel. Would recommend this location for a convention or if simply looking to explore northwest Chicago.
