We did our research before buying a hot tub, and a lot of the reviews were positive for Blue Whale Spa. We bought from them about 6 months ago now and don't regret a thing at all. The delivery was perfect no problems at all, they showed you how to set up and use the spa. The after sales are also fantastic, I had a question about how to get the best use and use the lowest electricity. They answered my question. I would have no problems recommending blue whale spa and would definitely go back to them in the future if and when we upgrade. 5 star service. Also very competitive prices
