I stayed at this hotel in January 2017 for a sales meeting. The waterfront view from my room was amazing. The food was great. The hotel staff was courteous. I left my ultrasonic toothbrush charger in my room and realized it few days later. I contacted the hotel staff and was directed to Mr. Yazdi Patel. He made a genuine effort to find my charger, and sent it to me complimentary. I was very impressed with his customer service. Thank you Mr. Patel. I would choose this hotel again if I am in Miami and would recommend it others as well.
