I had the best experience at Pugi Volkswagen in Downers Grove, IL. Brain, Otis, & Angel were nothing short of amazing. I started at another Volkswagen dealership and I ended my search at Pugi. They made it happen for me to drive off the lot with the car and the payment I wanted! I really appreciate their kindness and patience throughout the car buying process (which we all know can be very stressful). They made it easy primarily because of their experience in the business.
