Having sent two emails to see how my case was progressing i have recieved no reply. I was told i would be kept upto date as to how my claim was proceeding but having emailed twice and no reply i decided to ring to see if i would have any joy that way but having been held on telephone for ages i cut off as it was a total waste of time. All i wanted to know was how my case was proceeding but i have been totally ignored. Could somebody at Lyons Davidson please let us know how to exactly to communicate with you because emailing or telephoning gets you nowhere. My case is being dealt with by Rebecca Greig.
My case was finally settled on the 28th may 2019 it has now been nearly six weeks and lyons davidson have not sent me payment. I emailed and a week later was told my case handler was off work. Then i recieved email on on 3rd of july to say that they have today chased the company and told they will recieve payment today. How long it will take for lyons davidson to pay is anyones guess. I simply cant understand why they treat customers so bad. Everything is so slow as if there is no care for the customer. I have dealt with solicitors in the past and this is not how they normally behave. I hope lyons davidson have the decency to now resolve my issue at least with a slight urgency.
