This is easily the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product that showed in stock online. They were happy to take the online payment but did not inform me that their website is incorrect (as are a lot of things with Oobe) and it was not in stock after all. I contacted them some days later at which point they admitted they did not have the product and they will order this from the supplier. A few days later I was told the supplier does not have it and I can have a refund. That refund was not processed and several complaints later they told me "Unfortunately we can t able to process your refund due to system crashed." They advised me instead to work with my bank to reclaim the money. I have never seen such a disorganised and incompetent company here. This is about a month after the original purchase and they have a 5 day refund policy. I still have not received the refund and am about to make a complaint to the disputes tribunal. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this company at all cost as the hassle is just not worth dealing with them.
