Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!
They screwed up my order, no big deal, mistakes happen...
But when I called them to get it straightened out, they refused to do ANYTHING to make it right.
No re-delivery with the correct order, no partial credit for the $25 botched order, and no coupon or discount for a future order.
I am honestly shocked that a business can be managed this poorly.
