Had a terrible experience working there as software tester.It was more of coordination work rather than testing.
I had to handle placement works, industrial visit , telephonic calls, leave letter and documention .

"Testers are mere waste if they just do testing" these are the words of the higher department. So they feel its is ok to incorporate these nonsense.

Absolutely no exposure to latest testing technologies or automation testing tools.There won't be any career growth.

Trainees are forced to give 5 star rating.so don't get flattered by the fake reviews.

So my request to anyone who's planning to take up testing career at spectrum.. don't do it!!!

PS :
Only selenium IDE was taught in spectrum during training. Thier software testing course fee was 19 k which jus covered basics of QTP & selenium. No hard feelings against my trainers because the syllabus was set in that way. Their Placement assistance is also poor.

Later I did training in selenium from another Institute. I got placed on my own ..not through STEPS or thier placement assistance .
