Staff very rude, disrespectful, not friendly at all and who takes you high on the pretext that it works in a Consulate, but know that you are not worth more than us, quite the contrary. Let's judge people, you should learn respect.
When we ask for the name of the person with whom we talk (on the phone) this person does not even have the courage to give his name, long live the cowardice.
