My mother and I just stayed in the Vail Marriot Mountain Resort and enjoyed our stay for the most part. The staff was very helpful and kind and the room had everything we needed. However, there were a few things that could be improved upon.

We were supposed to receive a complimentary "gift bag" of sorts that was to be waiting for us in our room. When we found no bag upon arrival, we went to the concierge to pick it up and she was very accomodating but it would have been nice if it had just been waiting for us as promised. Also, we were told that we would be able to use the wifi free of charge but were not able to register online without paying a fee.

Otherwise, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel is very well located to Lionshead Village and Vail Village.
