Great place to stay, as long as one knows the distance from SLC itself. There is no a/c (lots of fans though) and the days were pretty hot. Directions to the unit were not easy to follow.

I'm so glad we booked directly with y'all! It was so easy and we saved money by avoiding other booking websites. :) Our group of 11 had plenty of room to spread out and completely enjoyed our stay.
Pros: the location and it's quiet! We saw a guy literally walking to the slopes from this neighborhood. And, we never heard or even saw neighbors, so it was great to feel like we had our own vacation space to enjoy. Also, the management kept the street mostly plowed and even our driveway and sidewalk too.
Cons: hot tub is small and parking was a pain. The hot tub can fit 4 people, but they are pretty cozy in there. The garage holds 2 cars, and the driveway can hold an additional 4, so there is plenty of parking! However, whenever one of the cars needed to leave, it was a constant juggling act. haha!
We would definitely stay here again and are glad we found this gem.

We had the best tome in Park Canyon. This location is perfect to relax and enjoy. Sonya was a perfect host. Easy to communicate with. We will be back. Thanks again.
We have had several well known Park City management companies over the years and none compare to Bryan and Sonja. They have managed our property for the last nine years better than we are entitled to expect; they go beyond the call of duty to economically make your property something you and are proud to own and they are proud to rent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay in this fantastic home! It was extremely spacious for the 7 of us, and had everything we needed. Sonja was very helpful and very pleasant and got us a great rate (much better than we could find) on an Enterprise rental vehicle. It was easy to get to many of the area ski resorts and also to Salt Lake City from this home. There was a nearby Smith's for groceries, etc. that was conveniently open 24 hours a day. Our expectations were fairly high, based on the description and others' reviews, but this place was extraordinary and exceeded our expectations. Exceptional!!
We loved our stay! there was a little miscommunication when we first arrived, but Sonja was fast to resolve it and easy to work with. We'd definitely stay with them again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is professionally managed with sufficient household supply. The location is very convenient to the ski lift. We highly recommend this place and will definitely book again if we come back to Park City.

Enjoyed staying at Newpark 11. We had never stayed at Kimball. It was a different experience, and it worked well for our family. The condo was beautifully appointed. It had everything you needed. Note: the garage fits a small SUV not a large one like a Yukon or Suburban.
Nice place, well maintained and decorated. Sonja was super helpful. Only comment would be the hot tub wasn't very convenient. I'd recommend this place overall!

We had a great experience! This town home is very roomy and even though we had a full house we never felt like we were on top of one another. We never had any issues. When I did reach out with a couple of questions, my texts were replied to very timely. Park City is gorgeous.
The house is perfectly located across from Canyons. The houses are well equipped and maintained. Working with Sonya is a joy. We have rented for 5 years and will be back again next year.

We stayed at a townhome managed by All Mountain Lodging Company. What a great set up for us! 5 Bedrooms and plenty of beds in three story townhome. All essentials in place and we could walk to the lift up to Canyons. Getting into the property was easy, communication from AML was fantastic. Definitely recommend for your Park City visits.
We love skiing at Canyons/Park City. Staying in this location is perfect for the entire family. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out with two separate living spaces and kitchen with plenty of pans for cooking. The house was clean and has everything you would find at a hotel...just bring yourselves. Walking to the Cabriolet lift is a great amenity. Sonja was great in answering any questions and accommodating to special requests. We won't hesitate to rent this home for our next visit.
Perfect location to ski Canyons with young skiers; couple minute walk to Cabriolet(with little ones and gear); places to sled for apres' (both outside condo patio door and quick walk across street); plenty of space; very well kept and kitchen with all that is needed for home cooked or takeaway. Hosts very responsive to questions or needs. Highly recommend!
The price is right for this place! Cute and cozy little place. The couch bed is pretty uncomfortable, but other than that, it was everything we needed for a weekend getaway!

Very spacious and perfect for the 7 of us for our ski trip to Park City. The outdoor hot tub was great. Short walk to Cabriolet lift which takes you to Canyons base.

Bryan and Sonja Allison have been our Property Managers for the past 6 years and we trust them to always do the right thing by us and our rental guests. I stayed for a weekend while visiting family and enjoyed my stay. Very wonderful place for a weekend getaway
Condo is in a great location to hop on Cabriolet gondola and get to the slopes each morning. Gondola stays open until 6:00pm, so enough time to take advantage of apres ski specials in the village. Uber/Lyft is very pricey to get to Canyons Village ($16 for 3 min drive) Condo is perfect size for two families, nice decor, updated features. We found it a bit difficult to regulate the temperature between floors and had some bad timing with workers clearing snow off the roof (incredibly loud!) right when we arrived back at the condo to relax after skiing. But otherwise, our families really enjoyed our time at Hidden Creek!
This was a great place to stay. The accomodations were more than sufficient and the staff at Park City Canyons was amazing. We contacted them several times and always received an answer to anything we needed. They always went above and beyond to help us with whatever was needed.
Sonja was very accommodating during COVID-19 nightmares and having to reschedule our trip twice. We loved the home and it had everything we needed and more! Very fun sisters getaway!
Cozy and convenient place to call home base while in park city. Our hosts were responsive and helpful. We had all the basics we needed in the condo, and we were 10 minutes from anything else we desired...grocery stores, main street, restaurants, ski slopes. I'd definitely recommend this airbnb to others.

I just checked out this afternoon from a 3 night stay for a family reunion & I have to say the townhome we were in was very spacious. Loved that it came with a bbq pit, garage & 2 living rooms. So much space..my family & I absolutely enjoyed it. It fit the needs for a family of 11. Although, the townhome didn t have air conditions it had many windows & we were able to allow the cold breeze to flow through the house. The fire alarm in the house kept sounding off even after we turned it off but owners were so quick to arrive & have that resolved instantaneously. The owners Sonja & Bryan were very accommodating with early check in/late check out.. Had so much fun here & made lots of memories I will never forget. I would stay here again & I definitely would recommend this place. Thank you Sonja & Bryan!
Check in and out for our rental was very easy. The property was quite clean and well equipped. We had no issues at all.
The Black Rock Ridge property was clean, spacious, private, had beautiful views from both floors, and was generously equipped to handle all group needs for a mountain getaway/vacation. The 3 bedrooms/3.5 baths plus the 2 pullout couches and the 2 living areas allowed for both privacy and family connections as desired by our group. The expansive kitchen, island and dining area accommodated our family group perfectly. We loved the property and highly recommend it.
Can't beat the location of this unit and kept the five of us very comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. The location is excellent-just a short walk to the free city bus and also to the Canyons Cabriolet that takes you to the ski area. There is no need for a car. The house comfortably accomodated 12 of us. The main problem that we found is that there is only one heating unit which results in very uneven temperatures. The bottom floor was very cold but we learned that it was comfortable if we continuously ran the downstairs fireplace. There are nice views of the ski area and mountains from the windows on the back of the house and the hot tub. The house is in good condition and clean.

This place was absolutely perfect for a family vacation in Park City. We could mountain bike Canyons right from the door and everything we needed or wanted to do was within a 10 min drive. The condo was really nicely decorated with all the amenities you would need. A private hot tub in the back was used frequently by my kids. Would definitely recommend this place for a winter or summer stay!

Sonja was extremely kind and helpful. The property was great. it suited a large group of us, was very close to the bus terminal and to the hot tub. I would definitely consider staying there for my next trip to Park City.
The only reason that I only gave 4 out of 5 stars is because this condo is not updated like most of similar properties in that complex. Most owners with properties at the canyons have updated bathrooms and kitchens. They also have in unit laundry which this unit did not. It was a cozy place that worked but in comparison with others I have stayed in at Red Pine for similar nightly rate it fell short. We come and stay at Red Pine every year for the past 11 years. Management was friendly and helpful!!
Well the location of the townhouse was perfect. And the space we needed for 2 adults and 7 teenagers worked great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was a few things were broken or dirty. But as soon as I told Sonja and her husband Brian, (they are the management company), they were on it right away and they came and had someone clean or fix what was broken. The appliances are very old but work. Overall after a few hiccups in the beginning we were happy with everything.
The townhome was like new, had a great view, nicely furnished and has a high end hottub. Sonja was very responsive to our questions and a joy to work with. We had a wonderful vacation and the traffic jam after 5" of fresh powder only took an extra 10 minutes.
