The check in was terrible. We were discriminated against by an employee who told us we did not have a reservation. He refused to speak Spanish. Then we learned that if he spoke Spanish. He had an hour without resolving. Finally when he saw that I was wrong he did not even apologize. For the Latino, the reception service is discriminatory
