I got a good deal from Essendon Mazda for my
first new CX-5 at 2014, then I went back for my 2nd one Dec'2019. But this time, I found it's bad experience ever. At first, the offer was still good but later it's hasn't come with free services as advertised. I picked up the car 2 months later after deposit as waiting for my refinancing loan approval. At that time, I was thinking that free services promo has been finished so I didn't question anything. Two weeks later after got the car, i saw on Instagram that the promotion still on the market, so I contact Essendon Mazda back. I've been told that I've got a very best price already so the free services isn't included. I was surprised with the answer as it is the same original price since I put deposit. Was it because I picked up my car late than expected, so I'm not eligible for free services anymore??? Till now, your dealership still hasn't given me the answer yet.
