Debt collectors who refuse to answer the phone and call you at 7 every morning with a prerecorded message

LOOK I PAY YOU EVERY MONTH! STOP CALLING ME!!!!!!! MICHELLE COLLINS YOU BETTER BACK OFF LADY AND I'M JUST GOING TO KEEP IGNORING YOUR PHONE CALLS, SO KNOCK IT OFF. BRING BETHANY BACK I LIKED HER...SHE TOOK MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS, LEFT ME ALONE, AND THERE WAS NEVER AN ISSUE!

I found out that they billed me several years ago when I was 16 (SIXTEEN) and I just found out through a credit report so thank you guys for ruining my credit score. Really appreciate it.

Debt Collection agency. OK, fine, we owed money and they had an option to make a payment towards the debt on their website. My wife made a $50 payment toward her $278.xx that was owed and thought that would be the end of it until next month. A few days later the pending transaction appears on the bank account in the amount of $281.xx. Seeing this, she immediately called them since the amount they were taking was not authorized and would be putting us in the negative (on top of it being $3.01 more than the total owed). They finally said they would fix it. A few days later, the transaction completed and we were negative. Now we could not go to the store to get groceries for our 3 young children. My wife called again and was told that it takes 4-5 days for the transaction to complete from her first call. She waited until the 6th day and called again. The person in charge of her account did not answer and returned her call when she was at work. On the following day, my wife called again and had to again wait for a call back. When it finally came, the person over her account said that it had already been fixed. So my wife continued to wait for it to post in the bank. Today, I found out how they "fixed" it. You seriously mean to tell me that you can pull almost 6 times the authorized amount out of my bank account, but you have to write us a check to refund us? By the way, the debt was for endoscopy to take a look at her stress formed ulcers. Thanks for giving her a few more Edward Sloan & Associates. You have proven yourselves to be the most incompetent firm I have ever had to deal with.

Charged me for a debt in a state over 2000 miles away that was not mine. I found this on a credit report. I tried to dispute through Equifax, yet they came back and said they the debt was mine and paid two years late, yet I never paid it! Meaning it was someone else's charge and they had satisfied it late. They would not work with me to resolve the issue. I can guarantee you that none of the 5 corporations that I own and am president and CEO of will ever use Edward Sloan and Associates. This is exactly what is wrong on this country. Unless I want to shell out for my attorneys to satisfy a mistake in the amount of $3.00, my credit has been hit! Listen owners and CEOs! Vote with your dollars and do not hire this firm. Edward Sloan if you read this, contact me and I will share some corporate insight on your firm.

Automated service called everyday and when I try to call back no body will answer

I've tried calling for two weeks now and nobody picks up. I'm trying to pay a bill and I really hope this doesn't come back to bite me just because nobody will answer me.
