Ambience: The place is very clean with well-lit pretty tanks with a wide variety of fish and plants.
Service: The staff are very helpful and are knowledgeable. I m still a newbie with my tank, and they ve been so kind and practically holding my hand as I m getting my tank stabilized. They re also really prompt in replying to emails.
Price: a little pricey compared to Petco and Petsmart
Tips:
1) They have their own parking lot, so parking is never a problem. I would go in the mornings or early afternoon when they re not that busy.
2) If one of your fishes die, they do refunds and exchanges!
3) They do free water sample testing.
