Great customer service. I came in for a oil change with no appointment, was greeted right away by Eric chau, was very friendly, helpful and eager to help. Took my car in and even put on a movie for us in the kids corner to help distract my kids. Highly recommend coming to honda of serramonte for all servicing needs.
