Terrible customer service. Zero direction given to...

Terrible customer service. Zero direction given to me upon arrival. Called with questions twice and sat on hold for 15+ Minutes twice and finally spoke to a woman that sounded irritated she had to answer my questions that should have been explained to me in the beginning. I called because our a/c wasn t working- again, another irritated woman that sounds like she hates her life and her job. They said they were going to send someone to fix it and then never heard anything from them. Stayed in many condos around the world with different companies and this is the worst service I ve received from people that are taking $1500 for one week. Good luck to anyone who decides to book with this company.
