Absolutely shocking! The community staff here are absolutely useless and unhelpful.

There is no complaints process you can actively follow to resolve issues.

The staff treat you with utter disregard or respect, and cant seem to understand why a client gets so frustrated with them.

The billing team - well equally as useless and unhelpful, cant even allocate payments!

Instead of trying to resolve issues.... they just lock you out!

I would not recommend renting space here at all as you'll have nothing but headaches.
