This is the worst experience with customer service...

This is the worst experience with customer service I've ever experienced. After my car being at the shop for a whole week with the warranty stalling on going to check out the car and the numerous attempts from the shop to get a hold of the warranty, they disapproved the claim with a bogus excuse that the mechanic did not even diagnose the car with. It was an engine problem and it's evident they just don't want to fix it. Please don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews, they're not from real customers that pay month to month for this warranty. May I also go ahead and mention that Monte, the employee that was handling the claim is the rudest of them all. When my fiance continuously asked questions, he only had one response: not approved. He did even attempt to further explain nor give a good justification.
If you want to get what you pay for, I would suggest you look into other options because I assure you this isn't the one for you.
