I was customer during 2013 while studying at UCLA. Stayed at the Barrington Plaza. Horrible experience with their management. They have poor conflict resolution skills. For the price you pay, you deserve at least that. It was all well and good until all my original flatmates were out and 3 other tenants came in. They party every night - to the point the police even came to our unit -and the whole unit smells weed because they smoke it. Of course I reported it and their staff, Sean, even took photos of the paraphernalia.

Nothing happened though. On top of everything else, as the situation got sensitive, their entire staff is rendered useless. I lost personal belongings. Specially my computer - god knows where that is.

If you can summon the patience of looking for good places, do it. The services here are not even worth half of what you pay for.
