Where to Start... Ordered washine machine on 14th August Promised delivery on Friday 16th August 2019 between 2-6pm which was great as I have a family of 5 and require a washing machine quickly.. THIS IS WHEN THE FUN STARTS.. 5.30 pm on Friday no phone call regarding the delivery So I phoned the delivery service, ( The number which Mark ELECTRICAL GAVE ME) she stated the Machine would be delivered by 6pm and its coming from Newport.. 5.55 pm I gave another ring (Due to the delivery service contact No. closed at 6pm ) This time a man answered and told me then it would be a hour late AND Traveling from the midlands?? and stated that if I'm not at home I would occur a charge for NON delivery He then put me on hold for 10 minutes to contact the driver but couldn't tell me where the delivery man was (I DO BELIEVE ALL DELIVERY VANS HAVE TRACKERS FITTED SO YOU CAN SEE THE LOCATION OF THE VAN). He then give me the delivery name and mobile number so I HAD TO CHASE THE DELIVERY> The mobile number he gave me was always going to answer phone where my suspicions arose that the delivery service gave me a NON contactable mobile number and false name as I tried contacting all night.. Saturday,, and Sunday ( even tried today but straight to answer phone). Then at half eight on friday night I recieved a text from the delivery service CDSWAREH 'Due to unforessen circumstances we are unable to deliver your item today' IF the delivery service told me that the couldn't deliver when I contact them at 6pm I could of handled it but I had to wait till 8.30pm to find out by text plus I had a family meal booked for half seven that evening so I was late.. Anyway after disccussion with the wife as we required a machine quickly we decided to buy local and therefore I cancelled my order with Mark electrical on 17th August by email with a response on the 19th confirming cancelling the order and a REFUNDED IN 2- 5 WORKING DAYS ITS BEEN OVER 7 DAYS now I have contact Marks electrical by phone regarding my refund and told me that they had to wait for the delivery service to return the machine before refund and the next call stated 2-5 working days ITS BEEN OVER SEVEN DAYS KNOW IM CONTACTING MY BANK TODAY TO DEAL WITH THIS MATTER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY STAY WELL CLEAR......
