I wish I could give them Zero Stars, There entire dealership is full of scam artist. I bought a car from them and before doing any paper work I asked them several times if the car has 2 keys with it. (As we all know replacement keys are expensive). The sales rep said YES the car comes with 2 Keys, of course I believed him and pursued to complete the transaction with the car.Once I was ready to take ownership of the car I was only given 1 KEY!!!!!! and the sales rep said thats all they had. The sales rep then approached a manager/boss who then came up to me and my family and said that they will not be getting us another key. He was very pushy and he escalated his voice and told us that we have 30 seconds to explain our situation. WHAT KIND OF PERSON says that to a paying customer who spent $22,000???? They basically told us to get out.. I NEVER got a replacement key or reimburse for a new one. I hope this review helps customers with their next purchase and what they should expect from these disgusting people.
