Do not buy furniture from Macy s, you will regret it. Every aspect of their sales and delivery department is inept, unresponsive, and unwilling/unable to be helpful. Purchased a couch and ottoman in July, it is currently almost October and our purchase still is nowhere near delivered. Literally the worst shopping experience.
