I am literally disgusted and sick to my stomach with this pathetic excuse for a company. I moved into a new place in November and did my part by turning on the power. Didn t get a bill for few months so I called and asked where it was. They hadn t even activated my account until the end of January and then decided to bill me all at once with a bill for $1300 and told me to pay half and then do a payment plan even though I shouldn t be paying for their screw up. I was willing to pay from January up until now but they refused. It s a shame grown adults can t take responsibility for their actions. I have to pay for their mistake or they said my power will get turned off. Hope they sleep well at night knowing they were absolutely useless in helping people out. Literally makes me want to throw up.
