Buyer beware! I gave them two stars only because I was credited for the $149.00 (appraisal fee) and thank god I didn't use them for a home equity loan. Do not use the drive by appraisal they under valued my house by $100,000.00. In the end I used my local credit union. They appraised for the correct value and even received a better rate. My only suggestion is shop around.
