Worst experience possible!! Apparently they don t understand the concept of URGENT!
Don t recommend these guys. They had my iPhone for 2 weeks with no contact. I followed up with them to which they explained it was getting fixed in Auckland only to find (after I called them again for an update) that they hadn t even sent it!! Apparently waiting for approval which I gave them the day I dropped it off!! The guy tried to say I was yelling at him when I was merely explaining firmly (no yelling or swearing) my frustration and that is was not good enough that nobody contacted me despite having the phone for 2 weeks. I m now left waiting another week for a job that should have been done by now. No compensation what so ever and was provided with an urgent service which takes 7 10 working days (even though that s standard practice for them so not exactly the urgent service they claimed). Seriously, if you want service and you don t want to be mucked around shop elsewhere, this place is a joke.
UPDATE: Phone has still NOT arrived more excuses and no compensation.. How your business is still running it's beyond me.
