Poor customer service, and irresponsible accounting. We have never been late, and have paid months in advance. We paid a large sum once - with a portion to be the normal monthly payment and a larger portion to be applied to principal. They applied ALL to principal - had we not be paying months in advance, we would have been charged late fees due to their inability to read/follow directions on their own mail in slip.
