I won't go back to this dealer for service. I have a Ram 2500 diesel so there is no place in the area other than a dealer to take it for some service. My water pump went out on a Saturday, and the first appointment I could get was on the following Thursday because they are very busy in their service department. I had the truck towed to the dealer, but when we got there they did not show I had an appointment, even though I had made one 5 days prior. My truck sat there since they lost my appointment. I had to continually call for updates and my truck wasn't finished till the following Tuesday afternoon. When I went to pick it up, I had to go to the service department wash station and drive it out of there myself after waiting an hour for it. My truck never got washed and it was filthy when I picked it up. The service people were very friendly, the work was good, the prices at any dealer are too high so that is not specific to this dealer, but they are way too busy and understaffed in their service department. They don't have enough room in the service department to handle the volume of work they do. When I make an appointment to get my truck worked on, I expect a dealer to honor that appointment and get my truck worked on in a reasonable amount of time. Six days for a water pump is out of line. I will go elsewhere next time I either need service or buy a truck. I heard the same thing from the other ten people who were waiting in the heat for their vehicles to be finished.
