We arrived on 8/24/18 and stayed to 8/26/18 and found out the pool was not available and this was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Staff does not have a since of humor at all and needs to smile more. Ok once we received the keys for the room we always check the beds for critters. We lifted the mattress and found 5 needles under it. We were discussed. We went back to office and they gave us another room. The new keys did not work so we had to go back to the office a third time and the staff seem to not have a care in the world but was considerate enough to give us 1 free night but the free not did not come till the second keys did not work. Yes the price is good and the area around has things to do but the over all experience was not acceptable.
