Although we managed to book a spa day only a week prior too, It turned out to be a bit a of a disappointing experience. The changing rooms were dirty (wet, gritty floor), and smelled like the drains were blocked in the ladies. My sister and I booked treatments (full body massages). The massages were not enjoyable, there was no technique at all, and it felt really rushed. We came out not feeling relaxed, we just wanted to leave straight away. The whole ambiance was lacking. I won t be returning unfortunately, which is a shame.
