I had thee greatest experience I ve ever had buying a car, which I picked up yesterday. Thanks to Nupy (sales). My partner and I were very undecided about which car we wanted, but Nupy was so patient with us. He was well aware that we were going between two dealerships to shop for a car but Nupy never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy from BMW. He was very patient, honest and factual. He even brought the first car we were considering to our home for a test drive! The customer service is unmatched, especially after having a bad experience at the other nw dealership we were working with! Thanks Nupy for helping us making our best car decision yet.
