After leaving school my passion for any sport fell away. Then after seeing Glevum pop up on Facebook a few times. I thought, why not enquire and see what all the fuss is about. After speaking with Dan I went down to see a session unfold and I was blown away and thought 'I can not do this'. After completing the fundamentals and making some great friends and improvements through my fitness journey. After leaving the UK to go travelling shortly after beginning at Glevum, as soon as I returned to the UK I got straight back into it and felt like I had not left. AGAIN shortly after that I went travelling for the 2nd time and when I new I was coming back home I had to go back to the UK. This time with a new lease on life and getting stuck back into Crossfit, which meant I hounded Dan with emails about coming back. I was welcomed back with open arms from Dan, the coaches and the friends I had made. 100% recommend trying Crossfit and 110% recommend giving Glevum a try. It may seem from the outside a scary place to be, but can honestly say it's great and everything they say about it doesn't matter who you are, Crossfit can work for you. The community Glevum has built is second to none.
