Scheduled a service call due to fridge not cold. $400 later, repair man claimed the drainage was blocked and the board was frosted. The repair cost more than the unit is worth today. The fridge is less than 3 years old. I will never buy whirlpool or use whirlpool repair service again. I strongly recommend alternative brands. Customer Service did not help either. I should have google Whirlpool and read the reviews.
