I signed up for residential service in May and gave Olga all of my information including my credit card. Now in November, I come home to find my cans missing. I called in and once again spoke to Olga who said that I haven t paid and have been sent to collections. I explained that I gave her my credit card number. She said this wasn t true. I then asked why I never received a call, letter, or email about my account needing payment. She said she had the wrong email on file and she didn t know why I didn t get a call or letter. She never apologized for their mistake and now I m worried my credit may be affected by being sent to collections. I cancelled my service with them and switched to Waste Management. It s a few dollars more a week, but I m hoping their customer service and billing department will be better.
