I have purchased a bike from this place as well as recommended many of my friends and family members here in the past that have also bought bikes. The owner Brad (that has recently been accused of discriminating against a woman with epilepsy and not allowing her in the store with a service dog) has honestly never been very kind, friendly, or honestly very welcoming towards me but they have a couple bike mechanics that have always been informative and very amazing! I will no longer support this shop and I will no longer suggest them to anybody I know. In fact I will be sure to bad mouth them every chance I get. This situation was handled very poorly by the business owner and I feel horrible for the woman that had to deal with him and his behavior. If you re out looking for a place to purchase a new bike don t shop here, check out Rays or Schomaker s instead!
